Jimmy came to The Ranch in 2010 with only his personal experience in addiction recovery. He began as a resident assistant, quickly showing his desire to truly make a difference in other people’s lives. Since 2010, he has served in a variety of other roles including lead resident assistant, house manager, senior house manager, residential manager, director of residential and recovery services, and currently director of operations residential services. In each position he embraced the challenge not only to make the role better, but also to make the greatest impact in client care. In 2016, he became a licensed alcohol and drug addiction counselor.
