Selena Marie Phillips, MSN, FNP-BC
Selena Marie Phillips is a graduate of Jones County Junior College with AD in Nursing; Mississippi University of Women with BS in Nursing; Middle Tennessee State University with MS in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse/Family Nurse Practitioner. She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Selena began nursing career working on a Telemetry Unit, and became a Patient Care Coordinator. She later became the Patient Care Coordinator/Nursing Supervisor for The Women’s Center and the Child and Adolescent Pavilion at Pine Grove in Hattiesburg, MS. Selena’s career continued to develop and expand as she became the Director of Nursing at Las Vegas Recovery Center, Las Vegas, NV. She also has experience in home health and urgent care. After moving to Tennessee, Selena found her way back to the behavioral health field. “I believe everyone should be afforded the opportunity to heal. Watching the healing transformation in a wounded spirit is truly magical. It makes me want to come to work every day…o be a part of that is fulfilling my calling.”
