The Ranch treatment centers accept clients from all over the country. For those clients who are not currently working with a clinical professional in their area, we often look for appropriate professional referrals in their hometown. By contacting us and supplying information about your practice, you can become a resource in your area, allowing us to provide our clients with local referrals.

We help with connecting those in need of treatment with proper resources and professionals to help them reach their recovery goals. Working with our treatment center can expand your practice by connecting clients with additional resources following treatment. Referrals to other professionals serve a paramount role in our rehab aftercare programs and discharge planning.

Intake Assessment

Our specially trained admissions team will seamlessly guide you and your client through the admissions process. Open communication is important to ensure your client is comfortable and prepared for treatment and has clear expectations before arriving. We work with both the referring professional and the client to conduct a thorough intake assessment. This ensures The Ranch is the right clinical match for your client.

We also take the time to understand your clients’ needs and treatment goals. Thus, we can make sure that our services are the perfect fit. This also allows us to put in place any specialized services your client might require. We can assess specific clinical issues and offer mental health treatment programs to ensure we are offering appropriate professional referrals. Once we complete our assessment, we work with you and your client to address any questions or concerns. If for any reason The Ranch is not appropriate for your client, the intake team will help you find the right match for your client.

We offer extensive programs and services which usually meet the needs of clients. Having background information and fully understanding your clients’ needs help us develop a solid plan and match your client with the best available services.

Communication During Treatment

The Ranch treatment centers offer world-class mental health and addiction treatment, and part of that treatment is effective and meaningful communication with the referring professional. When professional referrals are done, we want to make sure that you and your client have a detailed understanding of our services and how they can benefit your client. If your client admits to treatment and gives us permission to communicate with you, we will:

  • Call you to let you know your client has arrived
  • Have a team member call you each week to update you on the client’s progress
  • Provide a discharge plan including an achievable relapse prevention plan
  • Work together to address your client’s needs
  • Share with you any concerns we have about your client’s progress or treatment

Creating open communication between all parties helps improve treatment and recovery outcomes. This also strengthens your client’s ability to maintain recovery. Once your client is discharged and resumes treatment with you, you will both be on the same page. When you understand the progress your client has made in treatment, it can make it easier for you to continue helping your client following discharge and decrease the risk of relapse.

Since your client has an established relationship with you prior to treatment, developing strong communication with The Ranch treatment centers can improve your clients’ trust in our programs. You can provide additional encouragement and support by serving as an active participant in treatment and discharge planning.

You also have the ability to share any concerns or insight with our team members, which helps us better serve your client.
