P.A.T.H. Nashville Program

Providing Access to Hope

Alignright Size Medium Wp Image 884The Ranch Tennesee believes that outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health can be an important step in recovery. Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) are most effectively used as a step-down from a higher level of care. These programs help in the transition toward independent functioning. Both IOP and PHP are also great as a step-up in intensity of services when traditional outpatient therapy does not provide enough structure or support.

In an effort to make services available to those in geographic locations that prevent in-person Intensive Outpatient Program attendance or those not able to attend office-based therapy sessions, The Ranch Tennesee has partnered with P.A.T.H. Nashvile to make telehealth Intensive Outpatient Program available to clients, using a secure video platform. P.A.T.H. Nashville provides both in-person and virtual outpatient treatment services that provide clients with necessary tools to maintain long-term recovery.

P.A.T.H. Nashville outpatient treatment includes comprehensive diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, couple and family therapy, group therapy, psychiatric and medical referrals as needed, support group referrals, and linkage to Promises Rooted alumni network. All of these services are available to clients from the comfort of their own home. Treatment includes:

  • Identifying underlying issues & trauma resolution
  • Repairing relationships
  • Developing healthy coping skills
  • Developing and refining relapse prevention plans
  • Coordinating with community physicians who prescribe psychotropic and addiction treatment medication.
  • Building a support network
  • Redefining life
  • Aftercare planning
