Plan to Be Busy with New Tasks

Doing things at home is not always going to yield a solution to feeling lonely, but it can help to keep your mind focused. For example, you can take a course and use e-learning as a way to connect with more people. You can also spend some time working out or getting fit. Work on that book you have always dreamed about writing.
